Vertically Articulated
Standards across Grades

In this project, the logic and procedures for setting
vertically articulated standards across grades is going to be reviewed. A predicting
equation is going to be built that relates the percentages of students
classified in different achievement levels at each grade on the MSA to other
information about the cohort such as the percentages of achievement categories
on nation-wide assessments. The same equation is applied to other grades to
investigate whether the criteria of consistency and articulation have been
satisfied.
