HSA PREDICTION STUDY AND POSSIBLE REMEDIATION

The project is to identify variables that are predictive of success on the HSA test. Four counties are involved in the study, which are Harford County, Charles County, Prince Georges County, and Howard County. Individual data analysis with data from each county has been conducted by using OLS regression as well as HLM if necessary. When these variables are identified, begin to look at the possible remediation strategies that might be adopted to increase the probability of passing the HSA. The study will be presented to MAG and was submitted for presentation to the CCSSO.
